  4. Sample >10 in each treatment group
  5. Drop-out <20%

Exclusion Criteria

  1. Not in English
  2. Not humans
  3. Published before 2001 (for update); published before 1991 (for original guide)
  4. Sample size was less than 10 in each treatment group
  5. Drop-out rate was >20%
